Marty Hardiman

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Aldermen

Marty HardimanMarty Hardiman has served the city of Milford for nearly 30 years in both elected and appointed positions. He is seeking his fifth term on the Board of Alderman.

Marty, his wife Linda, and their family, enjoy many of the amenities of Milford, especially the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, an event which Marty chairs annually. As a long-time public servant, Marty has continually acted in the best interests of his constituency, has been a valuable voice for the residents of the Third District, and has been an outstanding official for all of Milford.


Frank Smith

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Aldermen

Frank SmithA life-long resident of Milford’s Third District, Frank Smith has served the citizens of Milford in many capacities over the years. He currently serves on the Board of Alderman and is Chairman of the Ordinance Committee. Frank is very active in regional arts and environmental organizations.

  • Has served on Devon Revitalization Committee, Walnut Beach, Wildmere Beach, and Laurel Beach Associations

Frank and his wife Diane have three grown children, Chris, Hilliary and Bret.

Warren Pawlowski

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Education

Warren PawlowskiWarren is an author, editor, marketer, social media aficionado, graphic designer, woodworker, and, most importantly, husband and father. He’s running for the Board of Education to help ensure Milford’s education system is the best it can be—both for his son Matthew and every other child in the city.

  • Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology at the University of Connecticut
  • Instructional aide and substitute at Cooperative Educational Services (CES), Fairfield County
  • An editor and marketing services manager for the Oxford division of UnitedHealthcare.
  • Author of two novels, Sanity’s Flaw and The Nobodies, and produces a bimonthly video series

Having lived and loved the city for more than eight years, Warren is eager to serve the great people of Milford–including its next generation.


Erin Pinsince

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Education

Erin PinsinceErin Pinsince is a lifelong Milford resident and proud graduate of Jonathan Law High School. Her son Jack is growing up in the Milford Public School System. Erin has a B.S. in Biology with her professional certification to teach secondary education.

Bob Satti

Candidate for: 3rd District, Planning & Zoning

C. Robert Satti, JrBob has been practicing law for 38 years and presently is a Supervisory Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office in Bridgeport. Bob has lived in Milford for 37 years and raised his three children here with his wife Anita.

  • Graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Suffolk University Law School.
  • State Attorney – Bridgeport.
  • Chairman of the Milford’s First Ethics Commission
  • Former Majority Leader on the Board of Education
  • Presently – Pension and Retirement Board.
  • Scout Leader (Bob is an Eagle Scout)
  • Member of the Milford United Soccer Executive Board

Bob is a youth sports coach (soccer, baseball, and basketball) and a USSF Soccer referee.


Jim Quish

Candidate for: 3rd District, Planning & Zoning

Jim QuishJim was raised in Milford. After living in Boston for a decade and having children Jim and his wife Lisa choose to move back to Milford to bring up their family. Jim is principal of two businesses in Milford, Integrated Building Services and Integrated Energy Solutions. Jim is an outspoken opponent of CGS 830-G projects, allowing the developers to by-pass municipal zoning laws.

Jim and his wife Lisa have three grown children, Ed, Katie and James.

I am, however, an opponent of development that causes harm to neighborhoods and to the people who live and work in them.”
