Warren Pawlowski

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Education

Warren PawlowskiWarren is an author, editor, marketer, social media aficionado, graphic designer, woodworker, and, most importantly, husband and father. He’s running for the Board of Education to help ensure Milford’s education system is the best it can be—both for his son Matthew and every other child in the city.

  • Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology at the University of Connecticut
  • Instructional aide and substitute at Cooperative Educational Services (CES), Fairfield County
  • An editor and marketing services manager for the Oxford division of UnitedHealthcare.
  • Author of two novels, Sanity’s Flaw and The Nobodies, and produces a bimonthly video series

Having lived and loved the city for more than eight years, Warren is eager to serve the great people of Milford–including its next generation.


Ray Arnold

Candidate for: 1st District, Board of Education

Ray ArnoldRay Arnold is a 30 year resident of Milford, residing at 50 Herbert Street. He is married to Ann Arnold and has put two children, Raymond and Lena through Milford Public Schools.

  • Corporate Engineer for Unicorr Packaging Group
  • Has served on the Milford Housing Board, Milford Library Board, and the Christ the Redeemer Parish Council.
  • Former Coach of Milford United Soccer Club and Milford International Little League
  • BSIE – Virginia Polytechnic University and State University

Ray is devoted to his family, friends, and improving his home. He is committed to the Milford community and the public school system it provides.

He looks forward to improving the Board of Education, by making it more accessible.


Desi Tango

Candidate for: 1st District, Board of Education

Desi TangoDesi Tango is a Milford resident of over 20 years. Desi and her husband, Luke Lynch, have put two children, Luke and Anna, through the Milford Public School system. She is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, lived in New York City for many years, and currently works in Accounts Receivable for RCM Technologies in Shelton. She is a devoted community member and advocate for children.

  • Executive Committee for Milford’s, Relay for Life
  • Various school sponsored extracurricular activities, Sports, JLHS Post prom, Mathewson, and JLHS drama productions

Desi looks forward to giving back to her community by serving on the Board of Education.


Sue Glennon

Candidate for: 2nd District, Board of Education

Susan GlennonSue is a proud supporter of Milford Public Schools. She believes we should meet the needs of each child, preparing him or her for full and active participation in our society, while ensuring our tax dollars are well spent.

  • Milford Board of Education 2011-2017. Majority Leader 2011-2013. Chairwoman 2013-2017.
  • PTA Member since 1992.
  • Connecticut PTA Board of Directors 2004-2011, Elaine Boulay Award, 2006 – PTA Council Honorary Life Membership Award, 2010
  • Business Owner and Licensed Early Childhood Professional for over 20 years.

Susan has three children, all educated in Milford Public Schools.

I am running for re-election to the Board to continue to build on the progress we have made in preparing our youth for college, the workplace, the military, and beyond.”


Jennifer Federico

Candidate for: 2nd District, Board of Education

Jennifer FedericoAs a mom with two children in the Milford Public Schools, Jen is committed to ensuring our schools offer the best education possible for all students, while providing clearness and transparency in the board’s actions. Jen has more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting & finance, and strives to achieve balance in meeting the needs of our students and our community.

Jen and her husband Joe have two boys. Their children are both attending Milford Public Schools.

Erin Pinsince

Candidate for: 3rd District, Board of Education

Erin PinsinceErin Pinsince is a lifelong Milford resident and proud graduate of Jonathan Law High School. Her son Jack is growing up in the Milford Public School System. Erin has a B.S. in Biology with her professional certification to teach secondary education.

Craig Zentkovich

Candidate for: 4th District, Board of Education

Craig ZentkovichCraig Zentkovich is a life-long Milford resident who recently retired from the Army after 20-plus years of active service. He, his wife Aimee, and his two sons, Tyler and Ryan, returned to Milford following his retirement from the Army.

  • Iraq and Afghanistan veteran with five combat deployments

Rita Hennessey

Candidate for: 4th District, Board of Education

Rita HennesseyRita Hennessey is an 18 year Milford resident who graduated from Smith College and earned Masters’ degrees from CCSU and SCSU. She is a dedicated public school teacher with 22 years of experience who believes that every child can learn.

Claire Casey

Candidate for: 5th District, Board of Education

Claire CaseyClaire is a long time resident of Milford and has enjoyed serving the City of Milford in various roles. She is a teacher at St. James School and is involved with many outreach activities. Claire is eager to serve continue serving the residents in the 5th.

Adam De Young

Candidate for: 5th District, Board of Education

Adam De YoungAdam has been a resident of Milford for nearly 10 years. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a brief stint in Vermont, Adam and his wife moved to Milford. They have been married for 11 years and have two early elementary children in the Milford school system.
