Peggy is a 26-year resident of Milford who recently retired from the marketing department of Subway. She and her husband have been married for 33 years and raised two sons, both graduates of Jonathan Law High School.

Denise Doucette-Ginise

Candidate for: 2nd District, Planning & Zoning

Denise Doucette-GiniseIn addition to her long-standing residence in Milford, Denise co-founded a Milford-based environmental service business over thirty years ago. While that business continued to thrive, she entered nursing as a second career, practicing as a healthcare industry executive for the last nine years. Denise has been actively involved in the fight to reinforce both the voice and authority of the Planning & Zoning Board here in Milford.

Nancy Austin

Candidate for: 4th District, Planning & Zoning

Nancy AustinNancy is a lifelong resident of Milford. She is a graduate of Elon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine. She is skilled in business management, strategic planning, marketing and advertising.

Nancy and her husband Doug, reside in the Borough of Woodmont. Nancy is excited to represent the 4th district as the candidate for Planning and Zoning.


Bob Satti

Candidate for: 3rd District, Planning & Zoning

C. Robert Satti, JrBob has been practicing law for 38 years and presently is a Supervisory Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office in Bridgeport. Bob has lived in Milford for 37 years and raised his three children here with his wife Anita.

  • Graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Suffolk University Law School.
  • State Attorney – Bridgeport.
  • Chairman of the Milford’s First Ethics Commission
  • Former Majority Leader on the Board of Education
  • Presently – Pension and Retirement Board.
  • Scout Leader (Bob is an Eagle Scout)
  • Member of the Milford United Soccer Executive Board

Bob is a youth sports coach (soccer, baseball, and basketball) and a USSF Soccer referee.


Carl S. Moore

Candidate for: 5th District, Planning & Zoning

Carl S. MooreCarl has been serving on the Planning & Zoning Board since 2013. He has worked in the healthcare insurance industry for over 15 years, currently working in Healthcare Analytics at United Healthcare. Carl served in United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm.

Carl and his wife, Diana Crosdale Moore, have a son, Isaiah. He is a mentor for Career Beginnings and an Youth Advisor for Sickle Cell Association of America. Carl enjoys jogging, golf, chess, basketball and softball.


Jim Quish

Candidate for: 3rd District, Planning & Zoning

Jim QuishJim was raised in Milford. After living in Boston for a decade and having children Jim and his wife Lisa choose to move back to Milford to bring up their family. Jim is principal of two businesses in Milford, Integrated Building Services and Integrated Energy Solutions. Jim is an outspoken opponent of CGS 830-G projects, allowing the developers to by-pass municipal zoning laws.

Jim and his wife Lisa have three grown children, Ed, Katie and James.
